Interior Door Replacement in Centennial & Denver Metro

Replacing every interior door at once is one of the quickest ways to make a home feel updated. Floor & More handles whole-house interior door replacement across the Denver Metro: we remove the old doors, install new pre-hung or slab doors, add casings and hardware, and paint. It pairs naturally with new floors and baseboards. For exterior doors and windows, see windows and door installation.

Doors We Install

  • Pre-hung interior doors such as 3-panel and Shaker styles, hollow or solid core
  • Bifold closet doors and bypass (sliding) closet doors
  • French doors, solid panel or with glass, for offices and dining rooms
  • Garage entry doors between the garage and the house
  • Custom-sized doors for basements and non-standard openings
  • Sliding patio doors, including reframing the opening

What Whole-House Door Replacement Includes

  • Removing and hauling away old doors and casings
  • Installing new pre-hung doors, plumb and level, with even gaps
  • New casings (door trim) to match your baseboards
  • Knobs, levers and hinges
  • Painting doors and trim
  • Coordinating with new flooring so door bottoms clear the new floor height

Choosing a Door Style

  • Shaker and 3-panel doors suit most Denver-area homes and pair well with modern or farmhouse trim.
  • Smooth flat-panel doors give a clean, contemporary look.
  • Glass French doors let light into offices and dens while closing off sound.
  • Hardware finish such as matte black, brushed nickel or brass is easiest to keep consistent when every door is replaced at once.
  • White primed doors are the most common choice; we paint to match your trim.

Bring a photo of your baseboards and trim to the showroom, or we can bring door and trim samples to your home.

Doors and Floors Together

New floors can change floor height, so doors sometimes need trimming after installation. Doing doors, casings and new flooring together avoids that rework and lets the trim match from room to room. Many of our remodeling projects include new doors, casings and baseboards as one package.

Recent Door Work

In a recent Aurora basement remodel we installed custom-sized 3-panel Shaker doors and a bifold closet door with new casings and paint. In a Morrison master bathroom remodel we hung a new pre-hung 3-panel door with matching casings. Whole-house jobs have included interior, bypass, bifold, French and garage entry doors in a single project.

Service Area

We replace interior doors throughout the Denver Metro, including Aurora, Centennial, Parker, Littleton, Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch and Denver.

Interior Door Replacement FAQ

Pre-hung or slab doors?

Pre-hung doors come with the frame and hinges attached and give the cleanest result when replacing a whole house. Slab doors can work when existing frames are in good shape.

Hollow core or solid core?

Hollow core is lighter and budget-friendly. Solid core feels heavier, blocks more sound and suits bedrooms and offices.

How long does it take?

Many homes can have all interior doors replaced in a day or two, plus time for painting.

Can you match my existing trim?

Yes. We can match existing casings or replace casings and baseboards together for a consistent look.
