Englewood mixes some of the metro’s older, more character-filled homes with newer infill construction, and we’ve worked in both — from the bungalows around Arapahoe Acres to newer builds near the Medical District.
Carpet and luxury vinyl floors are what we install most in Englewood. Carpet still makes sense for a lot of the older homes’ bedrooms, while luxury vinyl has become the default for kitchens, hallways, and living areas that need something more durable than the original flooring. We handle the vinyl floor installation ourselves, along with standard flooring installation for carpet and other materials.
For bathrooms and entries, tile is the usual choice, and we do a good amount of blinds installation for homeowners updating windows room by room instead of all at once. When a project grows into something bigger — say a kitchen or basement — we bring in kitchen cabinetry and interior remodeling to round it out.
