Basement Finish and Master Bathroom Remodel, Aurora
Location: Aurora, CO · Completed: December 2025
A two-part remodel: the basement rebuilt as a bedroom suite with its own bathroom, plus a full master bathroom update. See more interior remodeling and bathroom remodeling.

- Demolition of old walls, flooring and shower
- New framed walls, drywall, mud and texture
- Concrete cutting and new plumbing for the basement bathroom
- New 7′ x 3′ shower pan, tile walls with an accent wall, tile shower floor and glass shower door

- Custom-built closet shelving

Kitchen, Bathroom and Flooring Remodel, Aurora
Location: Aurora, CO · Completed: December 2025
New kitchen cabinets and backsplash, a full bathroom rebuild and new LVP flooring through the home, including the stairs. See kitchen remodeling.

- Demolition of a kitchen wall and old flooring
- New kitchen cabinets with hardware, refrigerator panels and appliance installation
- New glossy subway-tile backsplash
- LVP flooring throughout, including the stairs with flush stair nose
- Bathroom gut: new drywall, bathtub and faucet, tile surround with a niche, vanity, toilet, fan and light
- New sliding door cut into a reframed exterior wall

Location: Castle Rock, CO · Completed: March 2026
A compact bathroom rebuilt with a new alcove shower, vanity and reworked plumbing. See bathroom remodeling.

- New wall framed, mudded and textured
- 3-piece alcove shower kit with shower wall and pan
- New shower valve, drain and glass shower door

Master Bathroom Remodel with Tile Shower and Heated Floors, Morrison
Location: Morrison, CO · Completed: November 2025
A full master bathroom remodel with a tiled shower and bench, a lowered shower floor and heated floors. See custom tile showers.

- Plumbing redone, including in the crawl space

Whole-Floor Luxury Vinyl Plank, Aurora
Location: Aurora, CO · Completed: February 2026
Old flooring removed and replaced with waterproof LVP, with appliances pulled and reset and new painted baseboards. See vinyl floor installation.

- New LVP with matching quarter round, T-molds and reducers

LVP Main Level and Carpeted Open Staircase, Aurora
Location: Aurora, CO · Completed: April 2026
LVP on the main level with a new carpeted landing and an open-sided staircase, including carpet between the spindles. See stair flooring.
Work performed:
- Old flooring removed and hauled away
- New LVP with matching reducers and n-caps
- New carpet and pad on the landing and on a 60″ one-side-open staircase, wrapped between the spindles
- New baseboards, installed and painted

LVP Floors, Stairs and Trim Update, Littleton
Location: Littleton, CO · Completed: April 2026
LVP throughout the main level, up the stairs and onto the kitchen island, with new trim and painted stairs and windows. See stair flooring.
Work performed:
- Demolition and subfloor prep
- Pedestal sink and toilet removed and reset
- New LVP flooring, LVP on the stairs with new risers, and LVP on the kitchen island
- Flush stair nose and matching flush floor vents
- New baseboards and casings; windows trimmed out and painted; staircase painted
- Drywall repair and kitchen cabinet installation

Engineered Wood, Carpet and Tile, Aurora
Location: Aurora, CO · Completed: May 2026
A mixed-material flooring project: engineered hardwood on the main level, new carpet on the stairs and landing, and tile in the utility areas. See hardwood installation and carpet installation.
Work performed:
- Demolition and floor prep, with the kitchen floor undercut
- Engineered wood, glued and stapled
- New carpet on the landing and a 40″ staircase
- New tile on cement board
- Appliances, pedestal sink and toilet removed and reset; washer valve replaced
- New painted baseboards and cove base

Main-Level LVP and Two Staircases, Centennial
Location: Centennial, CO · Completed: September 2025
New LVP through the kitchen and main level, continued up a closed staircase and a 60″ open-sided staircase. See stair flooring.
Work performed:
- Old flooring removed
- Toilets and appliances removed and reset
- Fireplace undercut so the new floor slides underneath
- LVP flooring on the main level and on both staircases with matching stair nose
- New solid pine baseboards
Products used:
- LVP: Cartwright Versa Core Grande in Stonington
- Baseboards: solid pine, 11/16″ x 3-1/2″

- Baseboards removed and reinstalled
Tile-Look LVT in Two Bathrooms and Laundry, Aurora

- Laundry room floor leveled
- New 12 x 24 tile-look LVT in two bathrooms and the laundry room
- Matching stair nose, quarter round, reducers and n-caps

- Old stair covering removed and new laminate installed on the staircase with matching stair nose

Prefinished Hardwood, Glued and Nailed, Denver

- Subfloor sanded and a moisture barrier applied
- Prefinished hardwood glued and nailed down
- New primed MDF baseboards
Hardwood Floor Refinishing, Littleton
Location: Littleton, CO · Completed: August 2023
- Existing wood floor sanded and refinished with a custom stain
- Two coats of Pallmann X96 satin finish
- New flush-mount 4 x 10 vents set into the existing floor
