Custom Tile Showers in Centennial & Denver Metro
A custom tile shower is one of the best upgrades you can make to a bathroom, and also one of the easiest to get wrong. The tile is what you see, but the waterproofing underneath is what keeps it from leaking. Floor & More builds custom tile showers for homeowners in Centennial and throughout the Denver Metro.

Shower Options
- Walk-in showers with a low curb and a glass panel or door.
- Curbless or low-threshold showers for a modern look and easier access, where the floor framing allows it.
- Tub-to-shower conversions that replace an unused tub.
- Built-in niches sized for your bottles, so nothing sits on the floor or a caddy.
- Benches, built-in or floating.
- Linear or center drains, chosen to suit the tile layout.
How We Build a Shower
Demolition and inspection
We remove the old surround and pan and check framing and subfloor for water damage before anything new goes in.
Pan and slope
The shower floor needs a consistent slope to the drain. We build or install a pan sized for your layout.
Waterproofing
A waterproof membrane system goes on the walls and floor, with seams, corners, niches and the curb detailed so water has nowhere to go but the drain.
Tile and grout
Tile layout is planned before setting so cuts land in sensible places, niches line up with grout joints, and patterns stay straight.
Glass and fixtures
Once tile and grout have cured, fixtures and glass are installed and the shower is ready to use.

Choosing Shower Tile
- Porcelain for walls and floors: dense, low-maintenance and available in stone and wood looks. Learn more in our tile flooring guide.
- Mosaic floors give more grip underfoot and follow the slope to the drain more easily.
- Large-format wall tile means fewer grout lines to clean.
- Natural stone is beautiful but needs sealing; we will explain the upkeep before you choose it.
Service Area
We build showers across the Denver Metro, including Centennial, Aurora, Parker, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Littleton and Denver. Planning a larger project? See bathroom remodeling.

Custom Tile Shower FAQ
How long does a custom shower take?
Waterproofing, thin-set and grout each need curing time, so a shower takes longer than the tile-setting days alone. We give you a schedule with your quote.
Is a curbless shower possible in my bathroom?
Sometimes. It depends on floor framing and drain location. We check during the estimate.
Which tile is easiest to clean?
Large-format porcelain on the walls with stain-resistant grout keeps cleaning to a minimum.
Can you match tile on the bathroom floor?
Yes. We can coordinate the floor and shower tile so the room looks planned as one.
